1Do you provide delivery?
Yes! Islandwide delivery is provided. Charges will be automatically computed based on your postal code (upon checkout).
2How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery charges ranges from $20-$30 depending on your location.
We only charge by per trip. If you purchase more than 1 bike, you only pay for a single delivery fee.
3When can I expect to receive my bicycle after purchase?
Usually within 3-5 days (if item is in stock) for our normal delivery, we also have a next day delivery option. We will contact you before delivery.
4Are your bicycle fully assembled?
Yes, all bicycles are fully assembled and tested before delivery.
5How long is the wait for backorder items?
Backorder models are pre-order with wait time of approximately 2-3 weeks.
6Any warranty policy?
We cover 1 month standard warranty for any faults affecting the normal functionality of the bicycle. Repairs or replacements of parts will be done by bringing the bicycle to our office location prior to contacting us at least 1 working day before dropping by.
7Any exchange policy?
We allow a 1 to 1 exchange policy within 7 days from date of purchase. Bicycle must be in original packaging and shows no sign of rough usage. All exchanges will be subjected to stock availability.
Exchange delivery cost to be borne by buyer. No refund allowed for once order is confirm.
